Troubleshooting Common Issues

Also ensure that your screen protector is not interfering with touch sensitivity.
  • Virtual points are not being saved between sessions: Your points are stored using your browser's local storage. If your points are disappearing between visits, check that your browser is not set to automatically clear site data when you close it. In Chrome, go to Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Cookies and Other Site Data, and ensure that "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows" is turned off. Similar settings exist in other browsers.
  • Animations are slow or choppy: Performance issues are usually related to device hardware or browser resource usage. Try closing other tabs and applications to free up system resources. Disabling hardware acceleration in your browser settings can sometimes help on older devices, though it may also reduce performance on newer ones. If you are on a mobile device, ensure that battery saver mode is not active, as it can throttle browser performance significantly.
  • Page layout appears broken or misaligned: This typically happens when the browser zoom level is set to something other than 100 percent. Reset your zoom level by pressing Ctrl+0 on Windows or Cmd+0 on Mac. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. If you are using a browser extension that modifies page layouts or styles, try disabling it temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.

Clearing Your Data

FreeGamesFoFun stores your game progress and virtual points locally in your browser using standard web storage technology. If you want to reset your progress and start fresh, or if you want to remove all data associated with our platform from your device, you can do so by clearing your browser's local storage for our site. The process varies slightly depending on your browser, but the general steps are as follows.

In Google Chrome, open Developer Tools by pressing F12 or right-clicking on the page and selecting "Inspect."
