7. Limitation of Liability

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreeGamesFoFun, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use or misuse of the Platform, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any content you submit or transmit through the Platform. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your access to the Platform and your relationship with FreeGamesFoFun. 10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the FreeGamesFoFun Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms or to any transaction conducted through the Platform.
